We have three daughters born over a period of nearly 10 years, so we have dealt with and visited a number of day care centers and preschools in the Louisville area. And although some have fancier buildings and slicker websites, none that weve seen has provided the kind of true caring and love that Ms. Lisa and her staff provides at Highland Educational Center. Unlike other places, there is little to no turnover among the staff at Highland. So they get to know your child and you dont have to spend evenings explaining why a teacher suddenly disappeared. So your child is always adequately supervised. Two other points before this gets too long: Education and affordability. Ms. Lisa and her husband, Mr. Dan, take the "educational" portion of the business name very seriously and design programs and activities to really prepare your child to enter elementary school. Also, if you check their rates, you will be pleased to see they are a bit lower than other places -- which can really make a difference on the home front. Its true that it would be nicer if Highland were open just a bit longer in the evenings but considering all the other bonuses you get there, its only a small inconvenience. We completely recommend this preschool program!
