This place is just wow... first of all let me say that I got let go because of my own actions and irresponsible ness.. but there are some things that does needs to be addressed about this facility. The only pro I saw was the kids . The kids were awesome and I miss them all the time (literally the only pro I can think of) .... Before I say the cons I will REASSURE that me being let go was MY OWN FAULT AND I TAKE FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR IT.. that being said... as a former employee at this facility I thought families / people interested should know some of the flaws in this facility.. CONS (THERES ALOT) 1) Owner at this location pays employees less then 8$ an hour even if they have years of expiernce 2) Theres alot of favoritism in this facility. If your kid is not liked by any of the staff he/she would be treated with the least attention staff can get away with (not opinion its a FACT I have literally seen this happen) 3) Theres a huge turnover at this facility. It makes it hard for parents to get to know teachers and for students to get comfortable with their teachers. 4) Employees are so caught up in the drama that goes on there that they focus more on that then teaching the kids 5)Employees are having romantic relationships with parents which makes it harder for parents to trust their kids teachers and the management is aware of it but doesnt do ANYTHING about it. Which I think is completely UNPROFESSIONAL 6) employees teach students to say the wrong things .. example "Catch me outside how about that".. rather then teaching them the lesson plan 7) Yes there are lesson plans but never enough materials for all the teachers to use for the students. . 8) OWNER is MARRIED yet during nap time she brings random men into the facility while kids are sleeping and shows them around the facility WITHOUT ANY REAL REASON . just to ask employees "are you scared of me/do you fear me/do you respect me" To show off to men . Which to me is very disrespectful. 9) Management tries to bully employees they dont like . I seriously dont know why but it makes alot of tension . 10) This facility has a cleaning list for each classroom Monday-Friday. If it doesnt get done then it just stacks up. MANAGEMENT should keep track of this and stay on top of it . Instead they ignore it . BUT when the big office like CONNIe comes around and licensing starts to come around THEN its important to stick to the lesson plan and make sure everything is up to code and clean ND labeled. Shouldnt that be everyday ? Shouldnt the facility STAY clean. Shouldnt the teachers DO THE LESSON PLAN everyday? shouldnt the classroom be in RATIO everyday? But their not. ONLY WHEN THE BIG BOSSES ARE COMING WHO CAN SHUT THE FACILITY DOWN IS WHEN THIS ALL "MATTERS" ALL OF A SUDDEN. .. There are more CONS but thats pretty much the gist of it . I hope this post helps Interested future employees /Interested parents that want to enroll their kids into this facility. I was really excited about Kids Care because they have a really nice facility. The staff seemed super friendly initially. Most of the managers were nice. People started warning me about it and saying how terrible it was. I went into it with the attitude that until I see something I dont like, I will keep her there. After sending my infant there for a few weeks I started seeing that things were off. There was a new teacher in my daughters class weekly. They have really high turnover and are always hiring because they cant keep people. This brought along a lot of problems because none of the teachers were there long enough to know any of the babies and their needs. My daughter was a tiny baby but seemed terrified to get dropped off there every day because she never had a familiar face taking care of her. My infant was allergic to milk and gluten and the new teachers wouldnt read her food restrictions list to know it. They gave her milk and gluten almost daily and my daughter would come home extremely congested and not able to breathe. She came home a lot with other babys clothes on and her clothes missing. They strip the babies down to their diapers during feeding time and let them nap in diapers only with no blankets when the rooms are really cold. I saw very inappropriate pics of the babies on one of the teachers phones one time that I probably shouldve reported. My daughter had diaper rash almost weekly even though they said they change the babies hourly. She came home with unexplained bruises frequently. They were always understaffed and under the legal caregiver to child ratio. The teachers worked really hard but they would complain frequently about being paid minimum wage and not getting breaks. The main manager was super unnapproachable and unfriendly. On the very rare occasion that I did bring up issues, they were never resolved. I am usually happy with services and have never been a complainer. I kept trying to see the good in Kids Care because I needed to work and didnt know where else to send my baby. However, my daughter was there from 4 months old to 1 year old and that was 8 months too long. There were lots of great employees there but until they get new management, I wouldnt recommend it to anyone and would recommend asking around to other people who have taken their kids out of it. I think you will hear similar stories.

I just quit there because i got sick and tired of the way they treat their employees its redicalious they have no respect for anybody at all treat people like their below them not as equils. They like to pick at people talk down to them . Fire people for no reasons at all their racist they have let black people go for stupid reasons. Keep people that dont do their job the way they should. They have let a employee get away with physicaly putting their hands on a child twice in one day not did a thing about it but give a warning. They say they dont want drama but they aslo talk stuff about parents and kids as well. Are lazy make others do much cuz they dont want to do it. Their very selfish . They are money hungery also one of the owners has been to jail for fraud in tge pasted for stealing from the company. Also they have tooken money from a few parents that shouldbt be token out i only know because my friend is close with one of the parents. She told me. Few kids have came home with marks th at cant be exsplain also. They have a big tern off cuz people just left because they dont want to be there deal with the way they act treat others. Even losted kids over it. So i wouldnt bring my child there or work there its a joke and trash .

This place is HORRIBLE! My 1 year old granddaughter got abused at this location and the management didnt suspended the person or fire them. It has a teacher turn around like crazy its hard for you to get use to the teachers because theres NEVER the same person in youre childs room. The staff is super stuck up and RUDE. My grandkids came home with dried up poop on there butts SEVERAL TIMES but according to the staff he/she just pooped but the poop was dry as all get out. The women that runs this only cares about how much money she can bring in and thats about it. My grandkids where ALWAYS GETTING HURT. At least once or twice a week. I would NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE.
