This daycare is by far the worst one out there! My son would come home with bite marks all over him and they wouldnt do anything about it. Half of the time they wouldnt even tell me. I would find out when I went to give him a bath. It was overpriced and he didnt learn anything but bad habits. The owner of this establishment was no help and was as rude as rude can be. If there was an option for zero stars, thats what I would give them. So take your kid there if you want to pay ridiculous prices for them to come home with multiple bite marks, hungry, and mistreated. I really dont see how this place passes state requirements.The managers do nothing but lie straight to your face. I would not recommend this place to anyone! I tell people to stay far away from them.

I wish I could give it a negative rating. Do not enroll there. It is the worst. We had our child basically kidnapped by a family member from there and their excuse was we "he acted like he knew them". There also has been instances where he has left there and we found a bed bug crawling on him. Then they also have a scam going where they try to add fees after you withdraw and sneak a court date on you to try to get a judgement for a crazy amount of money. Luckily for us we found out about the court date and showed up. Just look at how many cases they have had in Floyd co court. What daycare does that? Dont do it you will be sorry.

My daughter attended for maybe two months.. She was repeatedly bitten and I was NOT told. Had multiple bruises and bite marks that were not reported to me. I was looking for different child care when the final straw came leading me to take leave from my job until I found another child care center opening when I Witnessed an employee holding a two year old boy very tightly and yelling in his face. I heard them before opening the door and entering the room then witnessed it happening after opening the door. Couldnt believe my eyes and reported it to their management immediately. NOTHING WAS DONE.

Same problems as previous reviews from other parents. My daughter was bitten several times. Broken skin, bruising. Finally had to report it to the state because NOTHING was being done. You expect and trust your child will be supervised and SAFE while you have to leave them in someone elses care. This was heartbreaking.

The worst daycare ever my kid came home two or three times a week with bite marked and they dont do anything about it and half the time they dont know what happened they just guess most of the time if I could give them a zero star I would I would never recommend anyone to take there kid here not even my worst enemy

My son started there at 6 wks old (in 2012) and stayed until he was 3 and started a preschool program. He had medical special needs and the owner didnt blink an eye to feeding him through his feeding tube. We loved that they had security cameras that could be viewed over the internet and a biometric entry system.

When we had our first child and being new parents we felt totally at ease when we walked into the new Albany facility Sherri and Paula went out of there way . Our daughter learned so much before she left and it has prepared her for kindergarten and she is very much ahead of some of the other kids in her class!

After having a horrible experience everywhere else, I was pleased to finally find a daycare for my children. Kids Care Academy is truly a blessing to my family. Both of my children learn so much while in their care. They have been enrolled for 2 years now and I would not ever take them anywhere else!

I love this place. Their webcam system is top of the line and never seen anything so great. They also have one of the safest biometric entrances. The staff is top notch and very caring . My kids absolutely love this place. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a great daycare.

My children love this place. They look forward to attending everyday. Its great for me because I know they are secure and well taken care of. Anytime I want I am able to watch them on the webcam. That feature is essential. The facility is amazing. I highly recommend.

This is a place I trust. I feel better knowing my children are here because of its safe biometrics entry and its webcam. Seeing my babies anytime I want is essential. The staff is highly trained and caring. I cant imagine leaving my precious babies anywhere else.
