This was the worst experience I ever has. The customer service was poorly. I try to talk to a manager or the owner and left at least 15 messages in 3 days but I never got a call. This could be why the service is bad since management do not care about customer service. I try to establish a relationship as a new customer but the experience was horrible. I think is not my lost since I as a customer invest $60.00 a week in dry-cleaning. Esta fue la peor experiencia que he temida en mi vida. El servicio al cliente fue mal. Trate de hablar con un gerente o el dueño y deje 15 mensajes en 3 días, pero nunca recibí una llamada. Esto podría ser la razón por la cual el servicio es malo, ya que la administración no se preocupa por el servicio al cliente. Tratar de establecer una relación como un nuevo cliente, pero la experiencia fue horrible. Creo que no es mi perdida ya que como cliente invertir $60,00 a la semana en limpieza en seco.

Poor service and customer hours. Long time customer who used to love coming here. The prices & value were the best in town. They recently changed their opening hours making it difficult to time drop offs on my way to work. Then to make it even more frustrating, Im here typing this review at 8:08 when their opening time is stated as 8 oclock. Used to be the best game in town, now its a shadow of what it used to be.

You get what you pay for at this cleaners. I took in 3 items. I dont think they even cleaned them. One shirt looked dirtier when I got it back than when I took it in. They lost one of my shirts for over a week and didnt even bother to call when it was found, but waited until I came back in inquiring about it. Avoid this place at all costs. Definitely worth it to pay more and go to Nu-Yale.

Today was like a nightmare experience when I arrived to pick up my clothes. Paid for two skirts and 1 pair of slacks, I was only given two skirt, my slacks are lost. I was in tears. the attendant did apologize took my phone number said I will be given a call tomorrow. Sunday is mothers day I had plans to wear my black slacks. I would advise everybody to avoid this stress nobody needs.

This is the only dry cleaner I use because they have the most reasonable prices and offer decent coupons. Staff are always friendly when I drop off or pick up.

This cleaners is amazing. The cost is so reasonable. While everyone else keeps going up they continue to do a great job while keeping the cost within reason.
