Absolutely awful! Do not go here. I dropped off 3 shirts, 2 jackets and 1 pant Friday morning. I come back on Tuesday and its STILL not ready. They charged me $46 and had the audacity to bring out one shirt completely ruined, stating "We need to fix this one up so you will have to come back." I told them I want a refund. The woman at the counter didnt know how to do that so said she would give me store credit. I told her I would not be back. Very unprofessional and way over-priced. Do not make the same mistake I did.

Needed same day cleaning for (2) cocktail dresses. I walked in at 2pm & was able to pick up both garments at 6:30pm. What I especially liked about them, was that they didnt just jump to tell me they COULDNT do it or that they COULD do it. They inspected the items, looked at what kind of stains, if any, they were dealing with, and checked the tags for the type of fabrics. This made me feel better that they were obviously professionals & in turn I had a great experience & will use them again!

If you give him a little extra time, even real disasters can often be redeemed. I have sent him several of my best clients, and he makes me look good.
