Started going here about four months ago. There was a groupon, I had never done crossfit and I figured it was worth the twenty or so bucks to go and switch things up from my normal gym. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming and even though I was intimidated by the whole crossfit thing the coaches worked with me. They made sure I didnt do anything that could lead to injuring myself and also allowed me to push myself without overdoing it. I now go 4-5 times a week and have met some great people. People support each other and constantly cheer everyone on to get better and be their best self. Definitely recommend giving this place a shot if youre considering joining the crossfit world.

I started crossfit at Strongside hesitantly about 6 months ago. The people there immediately took me in and made me feel welcome. I am now going 4-5 times a week & love it! The coaches there are unbelievably knowledgeable and have helped me achieve many goals & prs. The people & coaches at Strongside are by far the most humble, motivating & supportive people Ive ever met. Classes are organized, well run & meet all fitness levels. This is the best gym with the best people & coaches. Friendship & fitness at its finest!

My experience at Strong Side Crossfit is always great. The coaches are approachable and energetic, there is never a lack equipment here because try to keep each class smaller for better coaching. It has been really beneficial while I was perfecting my clean.

I cant say enough about the environment here, the level of attention and care for each member is top notch. The classes are usually caped at 10 and I feel it helps keep the attention equal for each class member.
