The customer service is great, but there is a bad rat problem that tore up all my things on top of white overspray on all my furniture from them painting next to my unit, havent been compensated and will advise all my family and friends to go somewhere else To the response, I stored no food in the unit other than canned goods, i put a tarp down to protect the ground for any unseen or unknown circumstances, i have talked to the representative you have at the location my belongings were and they said rat damage was not to be covered since it was an outside unit, but you failed to address the overspray problem. The representative just sent me to the contractor painting the units which I believe is unfair because they are not my contractor and I shouldnt have to handle the problem myself. But yet you and your employees take so much "pride" in your business with customer service. I read the policy and understood that you do not cover rodent damage and was fine with that and I took that under my own will to store my belongings there, but the overspray is unacceptable. I have been offered for the contractors to come clean all of my belongings, therefore i have to take time out of my day, possibly even miss work, to stay home and make sure that they do their job cleaning my belongings. Since i know from previous experience they have no regard for others. I have nothing against your business i just believe i wasnt treated fairly.
