We reserved a truck for pickup and they called less than 24 hours prior to tell me "we dont have a truck for you and theres nothing we can do about it." Of course when I heard this I was immediately stressed and the woman, Jennifer, was so horribly rude I was shocked, as well. She told me that I had to call Uhaul and find another truck and that she cant "find the people who didnt bring the truck back and make them bring it back at gunpoint." I did lose my cool after that and told her I believe SHE should be calling and finding me another truck. She refused. She was the most horrible, meanest person Ive ever dealt with in a customer service position.

Excellent!! I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great storage facility. The location is convenient and the units are well kept and very clean. The staff is wonderful. Shannon, the site manager, is a pleasure to do business with!
