They exemplified a level of customer service you wont get from any agent at a large firm here in town. Ashley made the buying process as smooth as possible, and did a great job of walking us through every step of the way. Whether buying or selling, it can be extremely stressful. Ashley and John take away pretty much all of the stress and worry of the process. Definitely a five star operation!
