I had a cute little house in an area that was ok, but it wasnt an area that anyone would consider "desirable". Though the house was adorable, it came with a huge problem. It was only 650 sf. One BR, One Bath. I assumed it would be tough to sell. I priced it a little high, thinking wed come down on the price as needed. Realty Executives listed it on a Monday. Less than 24 hours later, there was an offer signed and accepted (with 2 people on standby who also wanted it), and within 3 weeks, the entire process was done. Closed for the amount Id originally asked for, although I paid for some of the closing costs. Realty Executives handled everything and the process was amazingly quick. So quick, I almost didnt have time to pack and get out of there, LOL. I will use them again, no doubt about it.

My Realty Patricia Moore was awesome!!! She took her time with me and she listened to all of my dos and dont. This was my first time buying a house so I really didnt know anything about houses. She made me feel at ease even though I still was stressing lol. Not only was she my realty but the mother side of Mrs Moore came out. I loved that about her and my family loved that also. I will never forget Mrs Pat called me and she said Chris I found your house. I was like whatever because I was so burnt out on looking at house. I went to see the house with my family and she right it was my house. Thank you Mrs Pat for all of your hard work and late night phone calls, and early morning emails. ONE HAPPY FIRST TIME OWN OWNER :) .
