In July of 2014, my husband and I inquired about a house that was listed online, and Jen happened to be the agent. The house was already under contract, but Jen set out to find a house that we would love even more. We met in her office for the first time in early August and listed to her the things we were looking for in a house and she narrowed down the houses for us. We looked at only two different houses and loved one of them so much that we made an offer on it that very same day! The offer was accepted and she worked hard for the process to be a short one. We closed on our house on September 12, 2014 and just celebrated our one year anniversary in our home. We love it! This was our first home to buy, so I didnt know what to expect from a realtor. Jen is so friendly and personable, but just being a busy realtor, I totally expected to never hear from her again after the closing date! Boy, was I wrong! After being in our house for a week or two, she stopped by to check on us and brought some goodies. Then, in October, my husband received a birthday card from her! Then, at Christmas, we received a Christmas tree ornament shaped like a house (with 2014 on it) and a Christmas card from her. Then in July, I received a birthday card from her as well. She also sent us a card for our one year anniversary in our home. And, all mixed in with those, were random calls, texts, and emails just checking in on us to make sure we still love our home and if we needed anything! I have always felt as though we were Jens only clients, and that is a wonderful feeling in such a large area! We absolutely adore Jen and plan to use her again in the future when we are ready to buy a bigger home!

I met Jen by chance through using the Chase my new home app. I requested information on a property, which happened to be linked to her email. Being a first time home owner I was nervous and unsure and confused about many things; Jen explained the process in great detail and helped me to understand everything along the way. It took about 6 months to find a property that matched my unseemingly realistic requirements, but at no point was she pushy or aggrevated at my indecisiveness. Once I finally decided to offer on a property, she handed the reigns over to her office manager (which i was kind of nervous about) to work with me and finish all the required paperwork. To my suprise, the girl didnt miss a beat. Amber was on point with answering questions, obtaining information from the seller, and responding to any random emails that I sent. I am extrememly glad that I found these ladies and that they were part of my first home buying experience; and I cannot wait to do business with them in the future!

Jenn helped my wife and I purchase our first home. We did not know where to start and she sat us down and talked us through the process and asked questions about what we had in mind , where we wanted to look, school district etc. then She introduced us to a lender that got us preapproved. She was very patient and didnt mind showing us the same house a few times so we were sure it was THE ONE. The thought of everything involved in buying a house was a nightmare to me , but Jenn made it a pleasurable experience. That was 3 years ago and she still calls to just check on us . She helped us buy our first house and she will be the only person I call when I decide to sell and buy another.
