Terrible customer service - if you have a maintenance issue, no matter how urgent, expect it to be fixed within 3-4 weeks. During this time multiple people will come to your home at random times no matter your schedule, find a temporary fix or do nothing, complain about their employers, and then leave. Our old neighbors refer to Cal Schneider as "slumlord Cal" and their office management is good for nothing but collecting checks. It has been 34 days since we left and they still owe us hundreds upon hundreds in deposit money. Incompetent and unorganized.
