I live out of state and out of state seller , my property was vacant so I have hired to sell my property in Houma, first I thought I can rent it as it was 3/2 and in decent neighborhood , I wanted to rent it for $ 1000.00 Michelle suggested $900.00 , when I said I want to rent it for 1000 , Michelle said $ 100 more than $ 900 is too much to ask . and right way she said I need to purchase Million Dollar Liability insurance to rent the property , when I asked , why soo much liability insurance , just to rent a 3/2 single family home for rent , she said Million Dollar is not much any more . she took one year to sell this house in perfect condition , only when she represented the buyer and the seller , so she can get the full commission . most greedy realtor I have ever worked with . my Neighbor told me , His niece asked her about the property ,Michelle replied her that the property is been closed , but that time it was not been sold , at the end she only represented only the buyer s interest , though I am the one who hired her at the first place to list the property for sale . I hoped I have never hired her at the first place to list my property At The end be very careful dealing with her

Michelle Parson might be a good real estate agent but she is the worst landlord ever.I was in a rent house she owned for three years.Lease ran out after a year.I gave her one month notice i was leaving.i left the place like it was even better and took 167 pictures.This lady is trying to get money from me and it will not happen!A/c never worked and she wants me to pay for the service well Michelle see you in court i have plenty of witnesses.Oh and she kept the 1295 deposit old hag
