My family has used American Realty of Dubuque (Carol Foht) for buying and selling three homes over the past 10 years. Our experience with Carol and American Realty were all positive ones. We were kept abreast of exactly what was going on and what to expect next. Carol was helpful in staging our homes and giving us some excellent advice on how best to get ready to show our properties. We would highly recommend American Realty of Dubuque if you are planing on buying or selling a property. We feel that they went above and beyond the norm in helping us.
