We were 90 miles from home and it was less than an hour before Master Cuts in the Mall of Louisiana was closing, and my 2 yr old grandson desperately needed a haircut. He looked like a shaggy puppy. Lol! KiKi was so sweet... as he acted horribly about getting it cut, throwing a fit the entire time...she was professional, loving, and totally top notch in my opinion! I showed her one picture of the look I wanted, and told her about him having a double cowlick at his crown, she said no problem and went right to work! He looked like a child model when she finished! I could not have been happier with her service. We will always go back to her! Ms KiKi needs to be the manager of this establishment!

Been wanting this write this for alittle while. Not trying to sound racist, but if you are white; chances are this place wont cut your hair right. Just spend the extra 20 bucks and go to Regis upstairs! Also they could be alittle more professional. I walked into there once and saw the woman who was supposed to be cutting my sons hair eating a drumstick of chicken or whatever that was. Also I felt stiffed on their little "discount" they were supposedly promoting... Atleast theyre nice, but still.

I warned the stylist not to cut my hair too short on top or it would stick straight up; she was very careless with the razor shears & took a giant chunk right out of my part line!! Then she put some greasy product on it to flatten it out like it was no big deal--but I dont like to wear product in my hair. IM PISSED!!
