THIS PLACE IS AWFUL. The manager is very unprofessional, I was getting my hair cut and colored with my 24/7 and I heard her degrading their receptionist for supposed body Oder infront of a room full of customers waiting and the receptionist seemed very polite and greeted me and I had seen no reason for the tone and attitude she had. I let it go as this has been a while but now after my most recent visit to the salon about a week ago I had gotten my 24/7 and my hair cut touched up on again. This time it was a girl I hadnt had before, a shorter larger bulilt redhead. She was rude and didnt seem like she cared she rushed through my haircut and poorly did the highlights. Fast and sloppy. She took two haircuts while I was setting by a dryer who I heard another redheaded girl tell her not to do but she proceeded to do so and after the highlights were done they were yellow and splotchy not cute and I refuse to even come back into this salon to get it re done. Ive never seen such an unprofessional group of hair professionals. I wouldnt even wish for my ex husband to get a haircut here as nobody deserves that treatment.

I disagree and will never come back here to save my soul again. I got what we call a scissor happy stylist who should have a barber pole on the side of her chair for forewarning others here. I recently just got through some medical trauma and was at a place in my life where I needed to feel good about my self. I had really long thick hair and had asked for a Long Bob and keep it Medium Length in the back and ended up with Medium Length in front and short in the back. I cant even put my hair in a ponytail. Its that awful. Worst part we had to agreed to take off less than an inch all the way around and instead I got a nearing foot length of hair taken off the back. I should mention this ladies name but I wont for the sake of the reputation of the other stylist who seemed to have blessed others. I will give this two stars for the fact that the Manager here was incredibly sweet and understanding as well gave me my money back. I still will not be going here!!

They go through the thick forest that is my hair with a machete, and thats just what I need. Nothing fancy, just get it off my head. Theyre usually good for walk in, but sometimes theres a ~15 min wait at the longest. If youre an impatient dolt, I recommend calling in for an appointment or asking what the availability is JIC.
