Extremely disappointed in this salon. Spent $100 and 3 hours and walked out with pretty much the same thing we walked in with. They shouldve told us from the beginning if they couldnt do what we wanted. She obviously knew she messed up because she told us to come back and she would do it again for free.

Walked into the empty salon to ask for a haircut, she told me they were all booked for the rest of the night. Maybe, when you are empty, and dont look to see if you have anyone else coming in, dont make it so obvious.
