Today, I walked in Ulta Beauty with my daughter and husband in pursuit if fragrance from sales book (Marc Jacob Daisies). As we entered, an African-American security guard was standing near the entrance by fragrance section. Every single step I took she (the security guard) measured the same, like liquid. After it was noticeably obvious I walked out. Few steps to my car and I made a u-turn back to the store to voice my discomfort and ran across a sales associate. She was great and I know she understood my discomfort but no one else(upper management) was concerned; even when I called the store. Im sure it was the sales associate that was chatting with security!!!!! I have an understanding of why but not why I was profiled. I usually shop here on-line ONLY with an exception of 3 times within the last 1 but Im loyal enough that I receive sales books every month. I usually get hair products but at this point I think Ill consider going to JCPenney...its the same brand of products for less. Ill also be cancelling my monthly sales book too. Update: 11/28/2016 I called the store approximately around 3:30p.m. I ask to speak to the STORE MANAGER and I spoke with one of the key managers instead (same as yesterday when I called). She asked what I needed and I explained that we spoke yesterday. She of whom remains anonymous from yesterday and today because she didnt give a name. Yesterday she said she didnt know when the manager would be scheduled. Mysteriously, the manger left 30 minutes before I called. I need to take this up a kitchen because I have spent hundreds of dollars with Ulta Beauty!!! Results will be updated soon.

I have been a customer of this store for years and have recently been treated with complete disrespect by the manager working at the time. My husband bought me a the large bottle of Jadore for Christmas and was suppose to recieve a mini bottle free with purchase. The store was out of the mini bottle and he was told to come back and ask for it when the store was restocked. Upon doing so, when we returned to the store the manager we originally worked was on vacation. The manager we ended up working with treated us like we were trash for asking. She rolled her eyes 5 times because she had to go look. She was rude to the employee for asking about it. She stomped off when I looked at her and told her to forget it. I will not be returning to this location. I will not recommend this store to friends or family. I am extremely disappointed the Ulta would hire someone who acts better than the people that shop the store and keep her in a job.

Management should use better judgement instead of closing down the entire store to do inventory in middle of lunch hour. No sign was even on the door as a courtesy. Inventory should always be done after hours. Always out of the free products that they email you to come and get usually with a purchase. Why advertise something and make a customer go out their way but you never have in stock? And then get told to "come back" without a time frame given? Yeah, Id love to drive back again and you might have the product or might not..Negative. Will continue to shop here because of the products and convenience of not having to park at the mall, but dont care for the attitude of some managers that work here. Most cashier sales associates are friendly though.

The salon is toward the back of the store. It may take a moment for someone to see you but when they do it is a smooth interaction. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I went in for a hair color appointment. My stylist was wonderful and we had a good conversation. I would like her not to be interrupted by other customers or by ringing phones. Those interruptions just prolonged my appointment.

Putting a 5 inch square sign on ur door that says "Hello Beautiful, well reopen when inventory is done" is not good business. How about a large sign that says "Temporarily closed for inventory. " And who shuts down a whole store in the middle of the business day to do inventory???

Walked in they spoke. Walked around for 20 mins no one asked if they needed any help. One employee ask me to move. Then she still did ask me if I need help. I was really excited about going to ulta. I rather shop on line. Poor customer service.

Very disappointed in this store, stood for an hour waiting to get my brows done and the lady waited on every black person before even talking to me. Very racist workers and will never spend anymore money at that ulta...

The Benefit Bar service is great, and they have amazing products!
