I wish I could give them no stars!! Totally dried my hair out and now I have hair falling. I requested highlights and they were just chunks of hair bleached. It looks terrible and I cant believe I was charged over $200. I cant remember the name of the Hispanic lady but please if you love your hair do not go to this place. My hair is fried and damaged, I now will need to go to another salon to fix this and mostly likely get my long hair cut :(
