Rude People. Will Not go Back to there Again Last night they took my appointment at 8:30 PM and told me there is a 30 minutes waiting time, so I went back at 8:50 but the door was locked then already. I knocked on the door as I can see the pregnant lady was still cutting a customer hair. She looked at me but didnt come out and open the door! She knew me because she took my appointment earlier! and she cuts my hair before as well. So I knocked again but nobody home! While I was waiting outside by the door, I saw a fat lady (I think her name is Brittney ) came out form a car with some balloons and was trying to hide her face with the balloons ,I still dont know why did she want to hide her!. She cut my hair few time before as well she knew my face as Ive been to this place before! But she didnt say any words to me! Anyway, minutes later as I was still knocking the door because nobody came out said something if they would still cut my hair or not. Another lady came and opened the door and told me its a NO, they are not taking me and system is shutdown while the pregnant lady still cutting a customers hair. I argued with them because I was frustrated and they totally pissed me off. They called the cops and cops came in ( they told to the cops that I was yelling and pounding the door) yes I did that, and if read my entire posting then you know why I did) I told them I could have went to some place else if you guys wouldnt take my appointment at 8:30 but now all places are closed so now what? ( Yes I can survive and do it tomorrow but I needed it done last night.)The pregnant lady told me why do you come here? Go somewhere else! Yes from now on I will go to some place else!

Been taking my son to Great Clips to get his haircut for over a year Ive never had any problems theres always been notes in the computer as to what the previous person did never had any problems today I get a lady named Deanna who cut my sons hair and did one heck of a chop job on it every time I told her that it didnt look right and it was awful choppy she would tell me that it was all the same length and she didnt know what I wanted finally we just left paid $15 for a crappy haircut didnt get half the things done that I wanted done called and spoke with the store manager emily told me that I could drive 30 miles back to Eau cause thats how long it took her to get back to me I was already home, and i could have her look at his hair and cut it. if its already shorter than it should be and jacked up you cant fix his hair!!!! only solution was for me to come all the way back and have somebody else redo it which is not an option I would never go there again and strongly urge any of you that do to run as far as you can from Deanna she does not know how to cut hair... beware!!!!

I went in for a haircut after having let it grow out for about a month. I was treated by the staff as soon as I walked in the door, which is a great sign. We began the haircut within 5 mins, which is testament to their quick waiting times and haircuts. I had not really decided what I had wanted, but thanks to the suggestions of the stylist, we worked together and found a great style for my hair. I have a lot of cowlicks and rather wavy/curly hair, and the stylist really listened when I explained all the weird things about my hair as well. And during the cut, we had a very pleasant chat about Eau Claire. All of the staff were very friendly and approachable. In the end, my haircut turned out better than I imagined. The stylist answered all my questions about my hair and what I could do to help control it. I am definitely going to come back here, and I will recommend all of my friends, men, women, and others, to this salon.

I have 5 kids. I take them all here. Now there was one time where we made it 10 minutes before closing and asked them to cut my oldest sons hair, just a trim. The lady who agreed to trim his hair stomped off and you could definitely tell she was pissed. She could have told me no. I get it . End of day wanna go home. My son and I had been trying for 3 weeks to get in there and sundays was the only day we could try. She did a good job and I gave her a $5 tip. I just didnt like that she didnt stay professional throughout the exchange. I dont remember her name but she knows who she is. But normally they do a great job on all my kids hair. I dont cut my hair but once every 4 to 6 years. Then I donate it. )

If I could I would leave less. I was charged full adult price for my 11 yr sons haircut that took over 50 minutes from the time she started cutting. I did not say anything while I was there due I probably would have lost my cool but when I called I was blown of by the receptionist. What a joke!!!
