Awful experience here went in to get a haircut for my boyfriend. Told us it would be 20 min left and walked up to the jewelry store he left after about 20 min and walked back down there made it back up to the jewelry store when I was checking out to tell me they took him off the list that hed have to wait 20 more minutes. I went down there and got managers name and number and called and I called she tried to make it better by giving us a free haircut but the customer service was so bad I wouldnt even go back horrible experience.

Horrible! These people come straight out of beauty school not knowing anything. They do not know anything about cutting hair! Worst haircut place Ive ever been to. Will never go there for anything. Race Cuts in Searcy is the best place to go, theyre cheaper and actually know what theyre doing.
