Last time i was here i was really not impressed and actually gave them back a "touchdown" card. I sat there for a good 1.5hrs waiting while a number of people went ahead of me that got there about 30minutes after i had. Then one of the young ladies just shrugged it off and went about her business. I actually left w/o a haircut. I havent gone back for a good year and i thought i would give them another chance. This time the service was spot on and the triple play treatment was excellent. Mollie (with an IE) really took her time cutting my hair and made sure there werent any hairs she forgot. This is easy to miss on me since im thinning out up front. Fantastic haircut and great service. Only one star off because of the bad experience a while ago.

Im very particular about my haircuts as many people can be. Samantha C. ( The Manager) has been cutting my hair there for over 1.5 years now and Ive trusted no one else. She has a spectacular personality to go along with her skillset and as a result has created a very large and dedicated clientele. Unfortunately Ive had to move out of state and am going to have to find a new stylist. Ive already resigned to the fact that no one is going to take care of me even close to as well. I can recommend Sam as a consummate skilled professional in her field, and can guarantee from experience that shell always strive to do the very best to take care of her clients.

Today was my first time at a Sport Clips and I must say I am a very happy customer! I am a little OCD when it comes to hair cuts and my stylist Samantha C. was too. Not only did I get a great cut I was given the MVP treatment my first time in and must say you need to try it. They also give a 15% discount to Veterans so that is always a nice bonus. I have been back several times over the past months and every time I leave satisfied. My latest visit I tried a new hair style and Emily did an amazing job giving me the look I wanted to try.
