Had pretty awful experiences, for my son and for myself. I had to go back 3 different times to fix ONE haircut.... and they were not little mistakes.... Then, my son, I asked to RETAIN the curl on the top..... Nope. She decided to cut it all down to the point there was NO curl left, which, is hard to do. Then SHE got mad that I was upset over her mistake... Oh, and another time, a woman who worked there called my sons SOFT curly hair nappy! He is mixed but his hair is FAR from nappy

the haircut looks good when wet, they spray your hair, but when dry, the haircut didnt look so great, my hair cutter was very inexperienced, my haircut looked chopped when dry, i realize that people have to learn their craft, but not at my expense, we should be charged less for trainees and there should be a teacher there to help out if need be

I did not have a good experience this time. I believe my stylist was inexperienced. He gave me a rasor cut and it was uneven all the way around.

This location cant seem to hold on to any of the good stylists (management problem?). Be prepared for a mediocre cut from a mediocre stylist.

Always easy to get in and out, nice and friendly staff. Would recommend checking in online if possible, can get pretty busy on the weekends.
