Theyve always done a decent job on my hair (Im picky about length) and theres little wait time when you check in with the app. (Ive had wait times over an hour when its busy without the app.) The stylists whove worked on my hair have always been cheerful and enthusiastic about my undercut, even though its atypical for women in my area.

Customer service was absolutely horrible. I didnt even stop in after I spoke to the lady on the phone, she was very irritable and snotty. I called the next open salon on the map quest list and it was night and day different. They actually used a tone of voice that was inviting.
