If youre a guy, stay clear away from this place. I asked for a low fade and I got a crap high fade/high and tight. Terrible. It wasnt blended good at all. I could have done a better job myself with a pair of child proof scissors and a mirror. On top of that, I got charged $29.50. Like this is Hollywood or something. I used to pay $25 for a good hair cut... in San Diego. My friend went with me as well... same thing, different girl. Only she charged him $32.00. Not to mention theyre less than hospitable. Save your money and purchase a Flow Bee. Youll get about the same quality of a haircut. Ill keep reposting this until I get a reply as to why my experience was less than desirable, to say the least...

Tried to call and schedule an appointment today and the stylist couldnt be bothered with phone calls so she took the phone off the hook. I had to drive to the location in order to speak with someone. Clearly seeing that the phone was purposely taken off the hook, I made sure to let her know that she lost a customer. There was only one client in the store at the time so being busy wasnt an acceptable excuse. What are you in business for if you dont allow calls from your customers??!!

Sorry, but I agree with busy mom, and Im a guy. Every time I go into Regis, regardless of who cuts my hair I am very happy. Most places Ive tried theres an even chance that Ill just go home in disgust to buzz my hair with the clippers after a haircut, but Ive never had to do that. I do agree that its a bit expensive, though

I love Regis! Everytime I go in there the staff is friendly, they listen to what I want and it turns out much better than I expected! I usually walk in without an appointment and they almost always make time for me!

Website shows hours on Friday starting at 10:00 am...I arrived at 10:20 store all locked up! Called and got machine that says hours start at 11am...guess what? They wont get my business...my time is also valuable !
