I have gone to Mastercuts for 3 years now and have gone from short to long to brunette to blonde and they have always exceeded expectations. The stylists are fun and easy to talk to and the facility is nicely updated. They also have all the products that I need for my hair for some of the best prices Ive seen. I love mastercuts and I will continue to go there as love as I am in the area, Im even going there tonight to go back to brunette!

If I could give 0 stars I would. These women are prejudice, and genuinely do not care about the negative reputation their salon has come to carry. Ive seen clients in TEARS after leaving this salon MULTIPLE times. Absolutely disgusted by their morals and ethics. This salon is a disgrace to all stylists in the area.

Ive been coming here for the past year. I was scheduled in with billie at 3 pm when I showed up she was helping another costumer instead and the other stylist that was working was just sitting in her chair no service offered. Poor/rude customer service over all.

Would not recommend especially for Mens haircuts. Not worth it the money. They will just give you a buzz cut. I could have done better with my own clippers.
