After my normal colorist kept getting more & more expensive ($100+ for single process) I needed to find someone who had a consistent price. A friend recommended Soho so I called & made an appointment, with a special request that the colorist be comfortable with reds. During the consultation, I requested auburn with gold highlights & provided a photo for reference. I also requested dimensional highlights, not chunky. What I got was damaged hair with dark roots, pink lowlights, & chunky highlights. I expected this from a newbie colorist but I knew things were going south when the colorist told a younger stylist she always uses volume 40. My hair lifts with 10 & at most 20. The colorist did attempt to correct the pink but after sitting in a loud salon for 4+ hours, I was hangry & ready to get out. The hunt for a new colorist continues.

Rude! The ladies at the counter are the most judgemental b*****s ever. A bunch of LSU sorority girls in there who think theyre even too good to be standing helping u. They just stand and glare at u while you wait in the lobby. I thought it was just me until I heard the ladies next to me saying the exact same thing. So make sure to put on all your designer clothes and carry a 24 karat gold bar with you for payment. Otherwise you are garbage to this establishment. Reasonable prices dont make up for the lack of Human skills

I love this salon. When my hairdresser helped open this salon, I was hesitant since I had been going to the same place for almost 10 years. But everyone there is very nice and helpful, and I love the rustic decor and open floor plan. All of the hairdressers are very well trained, and many have long time loyal customers because of the quality and relationship they create with their customers. Love this place!

My whole family goes to this salon. Brian and Jessica are the two we always see depending on our schedule. Never had a bad experience with a cut, a color, or a style. The girls at the desk are really sweet too.
