I arrived at 5:00 for my 5:00 appt. The receptionist checked me in and told me to have a seat, then went to the back. I waited until 5:30 with no update from my hair stylist or receptionist. Finally, I went back and asked to speak to someone to help, who told me that they were running late, but didnt know how much longer it would be. Would have liked to have known that before waiting half an hour. Scheduled elsewhere and will not be returning.

Im new in town, the shop was recommended to me. When I called for appointment the receptionist ask a few questions about what I was looking for, she made my appointment around my schedule. Cut & color was very on point. Will be returning Thank you Ben
