Ive had my makeup and hair done in the past, and its been great. Today, I had a facial with Ashlee, and it was outstanding. She made me feel very comfortable and calm. She explained each product she used, and what it was for. She even helped recommend a new moisturizer for me! She was very knowledgeable of what she was using, and would stop every now and then to see how I was feeling. I walked out feeling refreshed and happy! I will definitely be stopping in again!

I went to the salon with something very particular in mind that I wasnt sure how to explain. Steph J helped me out and we went through pictures of hair styles and she explained what she would be doing and how she would do it before we proceeded. I was so happy she explained everything and even more pleased when my hair turned out exactly how I imagined. I couldnt ask for a better experience thanks to Steph J at the Salon!

I had a stylist named Jen who went the extra mile to make sure my experience was 10/10. When I was done she helped me pick out some hair products that I will actually use. Overall, the customer service experience was great, and I would recommend the salon to anyone.

I love going to Ulta at the Valley View mall! The staff is so friendly, and always greets me with a smile! They are very helpful and knowledgeable about all the products they have available. To make the experience even better the store is always so neat and organized; making it so easy to find what I need! Overall this store is great and the staff is fantastic!

I went to the La Crosse location an saw Steph!! She is absolutely amazing!! I had a major screw up from a previous stylist! She made my hair healthy again an best of all it looks amazing as well! She got me in right away an is very good at managing time! She truly cares for her customers I will now be going to her from now on!! I highly recommend Steph!!!

The pricing was outrageous. My stylists name was I think ... Jen? Blonde girl. Didnt care for her. She came off really short, rude, and pushy. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
