Great Experience every time!!!! I have been a client of Via Veneto from the first day they open. Their doors are open to women and men, and my whole family including grand kids are clients of Via Veneto Salon. The service is great from the moment you enter the front door, their receptionist know their job and do it well, with a friendly smile as a plus. Their stylist stay up with the latest fashions and techniques of cutting and styling hair. If you ever experienced a problem all you have to do is inform one of the owners Kim or Nona and I assure you will not leave the salon unhappy. Go by an experience a great day of pampering from the best. I recommend "Via Veneto Salon" to all of my friends and family.

I went to VV on a busy Saturday morning and the salon looked clean, stylish, and reasonably priced. I dont know if I just ended up with a horrible stylist, since other people seem to be happy with their experiences, but I was shocked at what she did to my hair. First, she rushed me through; I was in and out in 30 minutes. Definitely NOT enough time to wash, cut, dry, and straighten my hair, which is long, thick, and uncooperative. Second, when I went to get my hair colored at another salon a week later, the colorist informed me that my hair was completely uneven and proceeded to show me with a hand-held mirror. SO EMBARASSING! I called VV, but they couldnt be bothered.

Ive been going to Nona for color, cut, and highlights for 15+ years. She is excellent in all 3 categories! She listens to you what you want and makes recommendations when asked. Shes always up to date on the latest styles and colors. The salon is always clean and fresh. The shampoo ladies are attentive, dont keep you waiting and give a great shampoo. Ive also had manicures/pedicures with Laurie who is also excellent. And Susan gives one of the best massages Ive ever had. The front desk staff is always smiling and courteous and helpful. I enjoy my appointments and I highly recommend Via Veneto!

How amazing is it to get hair, skin, nails and massage under one roof. I was a new client at Via Veneto and the front desk took great care of me. Chloé at the front desk was extremely helpful and wanted to make sure I had everything that I wanted. I got a facial with Michelle. They give new clients special welcome packets and all! I would strongly recommend this salon!

I have had facials all over the country and Michelle is honestly the best I have ever had. Your skin will glow for a minimum of three days afterwards. Every time I am in Baton Rouge I make a point to see Michelle.
