I cant say they were completely unhelpful, BUT... I first tried to make an appointment to have my bangs trimmed and the woman on the phone told me to just walk in. She assured me there would be at least 2 people who could help me on the spot but to make it there in the next 20 minutes or the stylists would be with their clients. Well I went and arrived within the 20 minutes and NO ONE was able to help me. In fact, there was only 1 stylist in the whole salon!! So I figured I would try the next day but this time I made an appointment. Made the appointment and went in for the trim. My stylist was in the middle of an appointment. He was so kind to stop his appointment and trim my bangs. I wish he wouldnt have been so kind. His hands smelled like a combination of cigarettes and poop. He didnt listen to what I wanted at all. In short, he jacked me up and, while he was doing it I had to contend with the odor of crap. I dont want to embarrass him, so Ill tell you not to get your haircut by someone whos name starts with a J and rhymes with gosh. Dont go to this salon - unorganized and unprofessional.

Nice people but the quality isnt there any more. I walked in looking like I was overdue for blonde highlights by a few days and walked out with a skunk stripe. They offered to "put in a few lighter strands around my face" but Im choosing a new salon. Its a shame to spend the $$$ on highlights twice in a week!!

Season and Suzi are the best. I love my color and my cut. It is a relaxed, fun and positive enviroment to be in. To everyone there at Perkins Rowe.....thanks for everything!
