I usually do not like to write negative reviews but felt a need to write this one. Nathan did high/low lites on my hair and convinced me that I needed a deep conditioner treatment without telling me the cost of the conditioner. I should have asked so this was my fault. When I checked out, I paid almost $250 for color, cut, and conditioner!!!! Unbelievable especially since I have short hair!!!! Unfortunately, that is not the worst. The next day, while brushing my hair, I noticed pieces of hair falling into the sink. The areas where bleach had been applied were breaking off!!! Within a week, what had not broken off was beginning to look fried. I had so much broken/fried hair that I had to get 3 inches cut off! This, however, didnt help with the "halo" of broken hairs I had at the top of my head. I will NEVER recommend this salon to anyone ... in fact, I will warn them to stay away!

Deana and Rachel are fantastic! Both me and my fiance bounce between them all the time and its always an amazing experience. They are both very professional, but personable. They are also well versed in a variety of special needs for their clients. I have extremely sensitive skin, but they take care of my scalp very nicely before putting the dye on so I dont have a reaction. The waiting area is great as well - they have an awesome selection of tea and coffee IF you have to wait. I tell everyone I know to come here for whatever hair needs they may have. Their wax specialist is also very good; my eyebrows never looked better and my usually hypersensitive skin didnt react in the slightest.
