I have an older car that needed some minor work on the front because I hit a small animal. The damage was not major and included minor work such as replacing the AC condenser. I brought the vehicle to Team Collision and parts were not ordered until 3 days after my appointment. To replace the AC condenser the R12 would need to be vacuumed and then put back into the system. Team Collision was not equipped to handle R12 and would not drive my car to another shop to have the AC work done. Instead of calling me to explain the situation they tried to convince the other shop to bring their heavy and expensive AC equipment to them. They wasted at least one week doing this when all they had to do is call and ask for permission to drive my car to the other shop. Amazing! Basically Team Collision wasted two weeks of my time and after realizing they were giving me the run around I decided to pickup my car and do the work myself. Their manager had the nerve to tell me he would not release my car until the insurance company paid for the parts! They may do good work on new cars but this was not the case for me. Team Collision seems to be a fairly new company that does not know what to do when they run into a situation they have not seen before. In the future I am going to stick with a more established company or do the work myself. They are too big to give personal service and dont seem to care about customer satisfaction.

Worst experience Ive ever had with a collision shop. After spending over $10,000 with these people...they released my truck without driving it once. I took it to another body shop to get it re-examined and they found that my two front brake rotors were so warped that they needed to be replaced and that my back two shocks were still completely busted in half...also needing to be replaced. Tack on another $800. An $800 that, with their "guaranteed work," should have been reimbursed. On top of all of this, they gave me a 14 business day estimate and it took them almost 40 business days...and when I retained my vehicle it wasnt completely repaired. Still bringing it back to the shop now. To me this place is irresponsibly run, theyre not thorough, they dont care about their customers safety, and they are very VERY poorly run. They gave me 10% of the total aftermarket part cost and that is all. Im still dealing with these people. Not worth your trouble.

Yall have had my car for two months. Ive never dealt with such miscommunication with a repair shop in my life. I call to get answers, I get talked too like Im stupid and dont understand anything. Let me just say that when I do pick up my vehicle, lord knows when that will be, that I will be speaking to a manager. First I get told my car will be ready on this date, then oh no! It gets pushed back another two weeks... a month. This is ridiculous. All I know is that my car better be like it just rolled into the new car lot when I receive it. I am tired of simply trying to get answers, only to be given false hope and "I dont knows". Cmon yall. I know I am not the only person having their vehicle worked on, but dont feed me lies, miscommunications or false hope. As of now, Im leaving a poor review...Im hoping that will change when I pick up my car....

My fiance and I were rear ended and had minimal damage to the rear bumper. She brought the vehicle in for repair on a Tuesday, and by the next weeks Wednesday, they have given her the run around multiple times (and thats only after her repeatedly trying to get in contact with them since they never called to give status updates). They lied to her about letting the insurance company know they couldnt repair the original bumper and needed to order a new one. After finally getting some info from one of the shop employees, they said they were almost done, only to call back and say the part hasnt even come in yet. He couldn’t even give her an estimate on when she could get the car back. No response via email from the manager too. We will be filing a complaint with the BBB and state attorneys office.

A tree branch fell on my car and I brought it here for repairs since I purchased it from Team Honda. I was pleased with the overall work, although it took much longer than I expected. I was given an estimated time of 5 days minimum and it ended up being almost 3 weeks. I was given 4 different complete dates and after the last one, it STILL got pushed back a day or two. I finally had enough and I was very patient throughout the process but enough is enough. I felt as though the woman I dealt with kept giving me the run around and every time I spoke with her she seemed aggravated and almost downright rude. She was very uprofessional at times. I dont think its the place necessarily because like I said, I am pleased with my car overall. I just did not have a good experience.

My car has been with these guys for over two months & ive never had to contact a company so much as I did with them regarding fixing my car , not to exclude being told different dates that my car would be ready !! Im happy with the results of it finally getting fix but some proper communication skills need to be taught . It might not matter , but the amount of money Ive kicked out over a process with keeping a rental car from false information regarding my car was ridiculous!! As I said Im pleased with what the mechanics did to fix my car , but the people who run this business needs to step up ALOT !

They are a USAA Preferred service site, and for good reason. I was set up for an appointment to review the damage and they were on time. I was given a thorough explanation of what was damaged and what was needed to fix the vehicle (down to the body panel clips you dont see). And finally the work was completed in about 3 days: Toyota 4 Runner drivers side front fender, headlight, bumper, repainting the fender and door to PERFECTLY match the 18 year old paint. I hope I never have to, but definitely will go there again.

Brought my car in for a roof repair and bumper replacement. I got the car back with more problems. Its like they didnt even check the car after fixing it. They broke the sunroof shade, they bent the plastic in my interior, they damaged other interior plastic, and they didnt even reseal the windscreen. HOW DO YOU NOT DO THAT? I am very angry at what this place did with my car. The actual repairs were well done, except the bumper wasnt the exact same shade as the rest of the car, but the damage done is pretty enraging.

The people were very helpful and the repairs to my car were finished before their estimated delivery date. They keep you informed of the progress of your vehicle via e-mail. I was concerned about color matching due to my car being 6 years old, but the paint on the new parts matches perfectly with the rest of the car. Overall a very pleasant experience.
