I dont plan to ever use this body shop again. They were supposed to fix my bumper but charged an extra $100. When I asked why I was being charged, rather than the insurance they kept changing the reason. They never called during the 5 days they had my car with any updates. On the 4th day, I went to pick up a car seat and saw that my car was finished and parked off to the side, unlocked and outside the gate. On the 5th day, I called and was rudely told that it was in fact finished and that they closed at 5. I was told that if I didnt make it on time, Id have to wait until the next week. Why didnt they call me? Why didnt they tell me anything about what was done during the week or about the mysterious extra charge that I never authorized? It seems the owner is decent but the office workers are not friendly, dont have customer service skills and just dont care.

They wouldnt provide an estimate or even look at the car because it had just rained and the ground was wet. They didnt want to risk getting a little wet. What a great business model. "If its wet outside, dont bring in work." I m glad they showed their true colors up front . Who knows what they wouldnt of fixed because they might get dirty or wet. What a joke! **As for the Darryle Conrad comment below. I worked in a body shop for many years and we had never turned business away because it had just rained. They could of easily pulled the car under a bay or took a shammy cloth and dried the surface of the car. The car did not need to be dry to give a accurate estimate of the repairs. The damage was not that severe. If the employee would of taken two seconds to look at he damage they would of known this. Laziness

Very shady business. Will not be doing any future business with them and I highly advise against anyone else doing so either.

If they wrote it in the rain wouldnt you be worried about the things that couldve been missed. Imagine the price difference.
