* update we are now in over 3000$ to fix this vehicle. One thing after another, including a new tranmission. Drove under 10 thousand miles since purchase. This thing has spent more time out of commission and in tne shop then being drove! Complete shame. They had to know this vehicle was a lemon, and still pushed it out the door as fAst as they could. And refused to hook vehicle to their monitoring system because it was as is and they would not be accountable for fixing. Their words! Shady at the least... They should have fessed up so an informed decision could be made. Instead they took advantage of a woman and single mom.* Traveled from out of state to view and purchase. Found a Bad part on arrival outrageous price quote to fix and heating issues. Two minor things easily fixable. Passed test drive however. Seemed ok other then that. I could not have been more wrong. Upon inspection in my state basically the whole front end had to be replaced! Over $500 worth of parts and labor. When I call to question them I get the run around and basically not believed. I offer proof of receipts and more run around until Im told well it passed the dealer inspection here and sorry sold as it. Run far away from these lying dealers. . . They knew what they were selling I just had no idea what I was in for!

I brought my truck into Kriegers because the rear window and mirror defrost stopped working early this year and I wanted it fixed before this years cold weather got here. Josh Ferguson at Kriegers told me that I had cut the wires powering them when I put tinted windows in. After I told him that the windows were as they had been the day I bought the truck from them, he said that someone else must have done it. (All the trucks of this make and model come from the factory with tinted windows). Josh told me he was going to see what he could do to get it fixed for me. The next time I stopped he was working on it. A few days later he was still working on it, and would call me. I waited 2 weeks, never got a call. Stopped in and was told by Josh that Kriegers wouldnt fix the problem. When I asked what hed done to help me, his answer was that hed talked to his boss. Who conveniently wasnt there. I bought an extended bumper to bumper warranty from Kriegers when I bought the truck, which they refuse to honor. Never again.

All of the below is based on my opinion of Kriegers Chevrolets - Absolutely terrible, and I am outraged. If I could rate a -5, I would. I have always had a great experience with the local staff at the Stuart, IA location. Friendly, knowledgeable, and ZERO complaints. However, when I went in for an oil change today, I found out that practically all employees were TERMINATED WITH ZERO WARNING. How in the hell can anyone support a business owner that does this to his employees? Mr. Krieger is this how you run your businesses? I called Chevrolet Corporate, and they cannot do anything due to it being franchise owned. So that leaves me here writing this review. The dealership is in transition of being sold to Karl Chevrolet, who had nothing to do with the incident. But is that a good enough reason for Krieger to fire all of their employees like that? No. If your thinking of purchasing a vehicle, DO NOT go here, You would be supporting a business owner who has very low morals in my opinion.

Have taken my Chrysler Van to them 3 times for the same problem, which never gets fixed and I am told how super their mechanics are. My problem started after they put a new transmission part in. After that my transmission would not manually shift anymore. I also bought a transponder key from them @$150.00 & then they charged me $48.00 to program it. (what a rip off) $200.00 for a key is ridiculous!!! Then on the bill which was nothing but labor, they had a hazardous waste removal charge. Nothing was disposed of or removed. Then when I got upset they told me to leave the property or they would call the police. Of all the dealerships Chrysler pulled...this should have been at the top of the list. The last Chrysler I will buy...Going back to Fords and NOT FROM KRIEGER!!!

Last weekend my fiance and I decided it was time to buy a new car, good on gas with a few bells and whistles. After going to a couple of other car lots in the Quad Cities we were suggested to Brian Woods at Kriegers, and Im happy we were. He went above and beyond by staying late on Thursday night only to turn around and come in early on Friday so both my fiance and I could purchase the car. Between Brian and Jeremy Minear we felt completely comfortable purchasing from them and we knew they were genuinely looking out for our best interests. Based on our experience here Kriegers in Muscatine will always be the place we purchase any future vehicles. They take care of their customers, and that speaks volumes.

Krieger Motor Company was an absolute joy to work with to purchase a new vehicle for my wife. As a young parent time is limited, big purchases are hard, and can be intimidating. Kriegers was able to put all of my worries aside and help me in a way that made me feel like they were part of the family and looking out for my best interests. I felt comfortable in their facilities, dealing with their sales staff, and walking through the process as a whole. I was also very impressed with their online selection and was able to view, shop and review different options at my own pace. I will never buy a vehicle from a different dealership after this experience, I was truly impressed.

Bought a 2015 Chrysler Town and Country back in March and had some major dust issues with it. We live on a gravel road and it was blowing in dust badly. After letting a service guy by the name of Daryl Knutsen know about it, he went the extra mile on it to make sure this issue is fixed! My family and I are so grateful to know we will no longer be eating dust. We even got a detail on it and the manager George Bishop made sure it looked absolutely beautiful! It was so shiny and looked so brand new, I had to look at the license plate to make sure in fact it was mine, lol! So very pleased with the service we got and highly recommend! Thanks guys!!

Having picked up my vehicle on Saturday, I have had to take it back in due to repair issues/malfunctions. The trunk lid was not aligned, driving light not working, head liner needing replaced due to being broke during repair process, missing clips on trim. An overall check off sheet and quality inspection check sheet of the work performed by repair shop would go a long way. When a vehicle is in the shop for 7K+ in repairs and the owner finds flaws in repairs craftsmanship it doesnt look very good. Its costs them and me more money and unnecessary time on something that should be done correct from the beginning.
