This is a State Farm Preferred Body Shop, They will try to exclude damage related to your accident if you are a State Farm customer. The work is good, though it took them 2 days to pick up my truck. A week later it was ready, washed job complete, almost. My new rear bumper was 1 inch lower on one side, and had a distinct slope downward on the passenger side. I had to take it as I needed it for work, brought it back that afternoon, and was told to drop it off 2 days later. I dropped it off in the morning, went back at lunch, and the droop was gone, but the bumper did not line up with the body panel. I was told by Mr. Fernando that I did not tell him about this. Who is the body work professional here? Shouldnt an auto body repair facility be able to see when a part is misaligned? I went back to work without my truck, and it was finally made right that evening. I wont be referring any business to them anytime soon.

Went in to fix a bumper cover after I hit a curb that came out of nowhere. They were able to salvage my old bumper which saved a ton of money. Car looks great, and they even threw in a really good car wash. Price was about $50 cheaper than the $300 another body shop quoted me. My only complaint is it took a lot longer than I had expected (including 3 days to get parts overnighted, and about 2.5 days to get to the fix), and I had to keep calling them to get updates rather than the other way around. Still giving four stars because of the price and quality of the work.

Wow this body shop did such great work! My bumper had a hole punched in it and now I cant even tell where it was. Also they were very fast, professional, and courteous. And yes it was nice to get my car back cleaner than I left it; they washed it and even vacuumed the front floorboards.

Went in for an estimate and the gentlemen at the front was rude and made it seem like me asking for an estimate was a waste of his time and an inconvenience.
