Had a horrible experience as a customer and as an employee. Brought my Mercedes there for a bumper installation and paint job. They told me they refuse, yes refused to do my bumper. My trunk was not sanded properly and I was told there was no order for body work. Sanding before painting is body work? Then after refusing to do my bumper the former body guy quit because they had my car among several sitting for weeks to be painted while others that arrived after me were pushed through. They charged me extra to do my original bumper and lost the pins to hold the bumper in place. Then left it on the side of the building to collect dirt. My battery was dead and they refused to do anything about it. By working there I saw the lack of skill in their so called professions. I have over spray, my car wasnt detailed and I fought to get my car returned with key issues, sloppy work, a dead battery and late arrival. I would advise anyone wanting QUALITY to STAY AWAY! But cheap and selling a vehicle quality sure go. The paint will peel in 6 months. NEVER AGAIN WILL I WORK FOR THEM OR BE A CUSTOMER. If I could give them negative stars I would.

I was promised to get my car on Friday but these folks didnt even start working on my car paint Monday afternoon. When I ask the reason the lady named Heidi start showing a bad demeanor and act like I was bothering them for getting my car painted at their shop. If you really want to have and experience a rude customer service this is the place to go too, and if you got time to waste. I have got a paint job done their a year ago and I guess by chance I dealt with the owner who had a good customer service with a welcoming attitude. I thought I would get the same reception and professionalism but no it was the opposite. She lied to your face and waste your valuable time. I totally agree with the person who describes their experience as a terrible nightmare at these place. As an advice to the management if you dont get a hold of your rude customer service people we guarantee you will lose the saint Louis taxi drivers business at no time.

THESE GUYS STINK AT WHAT THEY DO FOR A LIVING!! They are very eagered to take your money but dont put any emphasis on the quality of their work. Unfortunately, I found this out after they ruined my car. They will disassembled your vehicle and will not reassembled it back correctly. They do not use gloves when they work inside your vehicle so when you get it back their filthy hand prints are everywhere. You will also get it back with missing or broken parts and then they will have the audacity to tell you that you brought it in like that. I half expected a crappy paint job but this goes beyond runny paint job. These guys have no clue as to the significance of the phrase, "taking pride in your work". The worst thing is that it doesnt seem to bother the owner, its just the standard way of doing business at this place. STAY AWAY!!! CONSIDER YOURSELF WARNED!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would, after purchasing the $800 dollar paint job I got paint chips coming off on the bumper of my car within 6 months. They refused to honor their own 3 year chip or flaking warranty even after calling the corporate office. If you want a paint job that will cost you $800 dollars and a warranty that is useless come to Maaco. They will also offer to charge you $180 to re paint your entire bumper instead of honoring their own warranty for small paint chips. WILL NOT LAST AND WARRANTY WILL NOT COVER!

I really wish I could have given 0 stars. I just had a frame up restoration on my truck and the body man gave the truck to them to paint it. I went today 04/14/17 to see the results and I will say the work was great, but then before I could even open my mouth to tell the manager how nice the truck looked she went completely off. Almost to the point of racism. Heidi never again will you any of my vehicles at your shop. You have no business working with the public. ABSOLUTELY NONE!

After six months of waiting for a paint job, my car looked exactly the same as when I dropped it off. They were rude and would not work with me when it came to my complaint. I would have liked to just take my vehicle home, but they forced me to pay for a non-existent paint job. This was the worst experience I have ever had at an automotive shop. My brother had a similar situation happen to him as well. If you want something done right make sure you use someone else.

Took my weather-bitten 89 Corvette that had defaced and worn by exposure to the Florida weather and they made it look like new. Customer Service is Outstanding, the manager is Excellent and she will help out in any way she can. Highly Recommend Outstanding Work at an Affordable Price.

As soon as I walked in the receptionist looked at me as If I was a bother to her. I told her I needed an estimate and she said you need an appointment. Really bad first impression. Will not recommend this place.

Called for an estimate on a dime sized dent, but got the worst greeting and responds of any costumer service of all! I highly would not recommend this maaco place to anyone!!!
