Very bad experience so far. Took my car in this morning to drop it off. They offered to have a rental car ready for me when I got there. I asked them several times if it would be there so I could make arrangements if it was going to be a problem (I work at a hospital so I had to be there at 9 sharp). They assured me it would. I get there this morning and of course theres no rental car and they are clueless. Then they had to drop me off at enterprise and basically said "good luck". Terrible experience so far. Heading to work to get my ass chewed out at the moment. Well see how the repairs turn out.

I will not go back there and I also would not recommend anyone to use them. My car is two different colors and it is very noticeable. They parts they used were off brand parts as well. I took the car back explained how I was not satisfied. They keep the car for another week and all they did was buffed it. I recommend Cordova Collision. They worked on the opposite side 2 years before and did not use off brand parts and the paint job was right on. Lesson learned I should have returned my car there!

I used Auto Wreck once and would not use them again and i would not recommend them to anyone! I took my Ford F150 in for some repair work and they wanted me to accept the vehicle when the job was not completed. The lady who wrote up the estimate was very unprofessional and rude with me! On second attempt the owner made things right but i was over charged. At that point i just wanted to get my truck and leave. I will not take my truck there again. I will go to Joe Stewart next time!
