I brought my 15 year old van that I paid $1,000 for, to this place after damaging the fender, highlight and bumper. I told them that I wanted to do the minimum repairs needed to make the car road worthy again. They gave me an estimate of $3,500! On top of that they took part of the bumper off and lost it and then lied to me, telling me that they didnt remove it. Unless they are billing an insurance company and can run up the bill, they dont seem interested in doing work. I ended up getting my car repair at Vern in Middleton and it only cost me $650 I gave them 2 starts instead of 1 because after doing the estimate for the body work they drove it across the street to Don Miller Chrysler to get an alignment as I requested. This saved me time so that I didnt have to return to drive my car to Don Miller Chrysler.

A wonderful experience! Special thanks to Jim Alfano! It was a serendipitous stroke of luck that we met Jim as we drove into the lot. We had researched which car met our needs, read all online blogs and comments,researched the inventory on craigslist, and several local dealerships for the past 3 months. We asked Jim to point out the car we knew was in the Don Miller West inventory. He he took us to the car promptly. He is extremely knowledgeable about cars, thorough, has a nice mix of humor and perhaps the best Jim feature, is he did not talk down to us (we are intelligent, aging females). We plan to reference him to any of my friends who are in the car buying market.

Needed repair to bumper due to accident and the guys at Don Miller Bodyshop could not have been more accomodating. Took the car in for an estimate, and took just a few minutes. Estimate didnt match insurance companys appraisal but they worked with the insurance company to reach a price agreement, I had to do nothing! they even called the rental car company for me. What great service! I have my car serviced at Don Miller Subaru and couldnt be happier with that service either. Fast, knowledgeable and quality work at a reasonable price. They care for my car as much as I do! Thank you Don Miller for your great service!

Do not take your car here. For hail damage ,paint or even bodywork. Car went there for hail damage I took a picture of my odometer for the mileage and they drove the car and put 40 miles on it. Ran gas tank to Empty as well. The paint color does not match at all. After $8500 in repairs bill to my insurance company for shabby job. I Payed 2900 out of pocket for other repairs didnt meet except expectations at all. Worst Orange peel in paint I have ever seen. For that type of money you could had the whole car painted somewhere else. Please do not be fooled by this place and go somewhere else.

Not a great experience. They were supposed to replace a fender that got dinged and theyve had my car almost a week. Funny thing is..its always someone elses fault. My favorite was when they called to say they had to keep my car over the weekend and here was what it would cost me. And what a shock, it was someone elses fault. Declined their offer to "pay" for a rental and they did end up coming it. The car that was supposed to be ready Monday...still not done. Just a lot of blah-blah and its getting old. Next time, Im going to Janesville Subaru to get the work done.

I recently had a great experience at Don Miller (needed a crunched fender replaced and some painting done). Paul was very helpful, considerate, easy to work with. Estimates of cost and time to complete were accurate. The work was done quickly and ahead of schedule -- just 1.5 days to complete. To top it off, the staff cleaned my car thoroughly inside and out while it was there for the body work. Highly recommend.

I went out to the dealership because I was about 60 days from the end of my lease, thinking Id either lease something new, or maybe buy a 2016 Impreza. I ended up coming home about 3 hours later with a new Crosstrek, and very happy with it. Kyle Vyse made the purchase, test drive, and swapping the old car for the new an easy and pleasant experience.

I stopped in here to get an estimate on hail damage on my car. They told me because it was raining, I would have to come back on a sunny day to get the estimate. I suppose just wiping the car off wasnt good enough. Maybe Im being unreasonable leaving this review, but it seems crazy to me a body shop couldnt do an estimate because the car is wet.

Make sure you take pictures of your Car if you are dropping it here. I didnt took pictures and i have later found cracks on my fog lights. Which i have never observed before. They take longer time than usual and even the worksmanship is not upto the mark.

Paint and Body work are the best Ive found. They told me if I did not get my car back until I liked it. As with most quality repair shops, their is a waiting list. I think its worth the wait.
