First off I would like to say that if 0 stars was an option they would get it. I was involved in a hit and run on January 18th and was told by my father to have the car towed to Abra because they will do a good job and it wont be very long....... Boy oh boy was he mistaken, today will be day 36 in the shop and they still dont seem to know whats wrong with my car. I was VERY patience for the first 2 weeks. I was told my car would be ready Wednesday Feb. 8th. I called that day of course hoping my car would be ready, I was told that my car was still being worked on, I began to become frustrated but what sent me over the top was the same lady telling me that it would be ready the next Wednesday, when i called the car was being sent in for Paint and there is a possible suspension issue. Fast forward to yesterday and they said the SAME EXACT thing about the suspension. This has been the worst experience ive ever had in the automobile collision repair industry. I still dont have my vehicle which I pay for every month. They still dont know whats going on with the suspension. If they would have been upfront with me and told me they wouldnt have my car ready for over a month I would have taken my vehicle some places else. Its very unprofessional to keep a client waiting and in my case being lied to. This is my first and LAST time using Abra, if you arent ready for the business then dont take it.
