I just got off the phone with a Gary Cross. I was trying to pay a bill for a friend. I didnt want to tell him my name, I just wanted to pay the bill. He proceeded to call me a smart a** and he wasnt going to release the vehicle to me. I then reminded him that I understood that, I dont want the vehicle, Im just trying to give you my money. He then back peddled and said well, we will take you money... I told him he wasnt going to get my money anymore. Little does he know my family and I have been doing business with them for a few years now. I had never met the guy. They have fixed plenty of vehicles for us and towed many as well. Their work was never awesome! They are just close by and we support local businesses. The other workers have been friendly. I will assume he is part owner by the way he felt he could treat the customer like an idiot. Their work was never awesome! either. I will recommend my family go else where for they work. Gary was very rude.

this is Pam Moyer Megans mom-in-law. I was traveling from Pennsylvania to Kansas . . .broke down on a Saturday nite, called AAA. a very nice man and his Grandson showed up, towed me to Dobbs garage. I ask if he had an idea of motel.he took me in towards Edwardsville to the Country Hearth Inn. I ended up staying there 4 nites cause of the car repair. VERY nice courteous folks. recommend them for the job!!!!!

Last night I broke down on the side of 55 South in Edwardsville IL just past Route 143. A very king gentleman and his very smart grandson showed up to tow us home. I will use them again in the future for any towing needs (should I ever need towing again). They came in good timing and were very kind! Hands down to his VERY mature and knowledgeable grandson. Great job, little guy! You keep grandpas buisness going.
