Im usually one to only take time to write bad reviews when Ive had poor service but this time, its different. Getting in a wreck (whether youre at fault or not) is a huge pain in the rear end. I decided to take my car to Pikes Collision after looking at the other positive reviews on this page. I am happy to report that the reviews were spot on. The office was clean and full of nice people ready and happy to help me, the price and time quote was fair, they texted me the whole time to keep me updated on my car so I didnt have to repeatedly call, when I did call - I was never treated like I was a hassle, the work was done extremely well and (most importantly) on time. I couldnt have been happier and while I hope I dont have another wreck any time soon, its reassuring knowing that I have a quality place to go to. Couldnt recommend them more.

Car accidents are always a pain to deal with, but interacting with the friendly and professional people at Pikes was a pleasant experience. They repaired the damage to the back of my car so that it looks like the damage never happened. Not only did they repair the damage from the accident, they removed the caked on goo that was left when a dealers decal came off. No extra charge. They also provided me with a jar of paint in case I get a few dings in the future. They also called a few times to let me know how the repair was progressing which was appreciated.

We chose Pikes to repair our car after an accident and I can honestly say that it was the best choice, best experience, and highest quality that you could ask for. Their team was responsive, courteous, and professional. The car looks better than before the accident, and to top the experience off, they even washed it prior to giving back to us. Mike Pike and family are the BEST collision repair business in the South! I have wrecked and sent over 30 vehicles from friends and family to them over the last 25 years. We have had nothing but the best results and service you could ever imagine. Jenny, Lanell and Mike are the most professional and courteous people you will ever meet. There work is even better! You will never regret taking your car to them. Thats a FACT!

I will never recommend this company to anyone. Yes they work with a lot of insurance companies, but there services are horrible. Dont know how to buff things out the car, paint job has nicks all in it. Always making excuses why its not their fault. Very sad, and disappointing. The only reason I gave them a two instead of a one star is because the salt water tank was cool in their office.

Three things stood out the best. The quality of the work on my wifes 2012 Cadillac SRX was incredible. It was hit on the front drivers quarter. Keeping my wife informed of the progress by calling her with any changes. Me not having to get involved at all. I cannot tell you how much all 3 are important to me. Great quality work in a timely fashion. Not easy to find today.

Stay Away! These clowns fixed my back bumper but gave me the car back with the trunk not installed properly. 2 inch gap between body and trunk. They had the rubber stoppers in upside. Its ok to make a mistake and fix it but not give me the car back like that and tell its finished.

My insurer referred me to Pikes, but I couldnt have been happier with it. The staff is very friendly and respond quickly to any contact; I never felt like I was bothering them. The workmanship was outstanding, and its great to have my car back looking as good and driving as well as it ever has.
