My husband and I took our two vans to Sparkle the last week of June, 2015. We needed the side panel and back end of one repaired and the front end of the other. Sparkle and all of its employees were amazing and wonderful to work with - professional and courteous all the way. We had heard great things about them so we drove both of our vehicles an hour and 30 minutes one way to have them fix our vehicles. All I can say, is they are so worth the trip. They exceeded every expectation we had! They made the entire process easy and stress free. Hugh coordinated our job and worked with us, the insurance adjuster and he was an excellent communicator and told us about every step of the process...no surprises. He gave us precise, specific information we needed to get our vehicles fixed. The paint repair was incredible. We had heard they have one of the best painters in the area and they do...the blending was incredible. Our vehicle came out better than when we got it from the dealer!!! To Sparkle and all of the employees, thank you for all that you did! We highly recommend you!

So I bring in my 2005 Prius. (An RV driven by probably the biggest stoner I have ever encountered gave the drivers side an extremely rough shave. The rear quarter panel was almost entirely ripped off, the rear door was mangled, and the mirror was 20 feet down the road. My subsequent attempts at home repair made the car even worse.) Anyway, I bring it in along with a random mirror I found and asked them if they could attach said mirror. They were a bit concerned about liability--me wanting them to use the wrong part and all--so they looked into getting a used part. They were very nice. A day later or so I get an email telling me they found a mirror and that they would attach it (the right way) for a measly $80 (parts AND labor). They fit me in promptly and I have been street legal ever since. It was painless, really reasonably priced, and fast. Hands down the best auto body shop I have ever been too (and I have been to my share).

Truly the best auto body shop around! I called in to ask if they could take off my license plate since the screw could not be removed. Most of the other places I called said they would not do it because it was too small of a job. Sparkle, however, told me to come on in and they would give me an estimate after checking what needed to be done. They cut off the bolt and didnt charge me anything at all!!! What a wonderful establishment. They are obviously very honest people who are in the business because they love working with cars!! I would recommend this shop to anyone who needs work done, and will definitely come back when I need any updates done to my car. Best place around.

My car was towed to the one on Packers Ave. after an accident, at the suggestion of my Insurance Agent. They were very busy but managed to take on the extra work. Don was very helpful and called me numerous times to update me on what was going on with the repair. He described what was being done on the car and how everything worked with the insurance. My car was kept inside when the business was closed. He also set me up in a loaner car for the time the car was in for repairs. My car came out looking better then when I bought it new from the dealer. Would absolutely not hesitate to take a car there again, but I hope I dont ever have to.

What a wonderful experience! Professional and courteous from the moment I walked in, and extremely helpful in coordinating with insurance people, arranging my rental car; they made everything super easy. They did fantastic work, pay attention to the details for what turned out to be a complicated repair and matching a metallic grey paint. Their thoughtfulness even went down to saving my oil change reminder on my windshield that needed replacing and putting it on the new one. They were fast, better priced than others, and treated me MUCH nicer than Zimbrick did. I highly recommend!!!

In 2013 my vehicle experienced a series of unfortunate collisions within a week of each other. I brought it to sparkle and they worked with both of the insurance companies to replace both bumpers, the hood, trunk lid, the supporting structures, and re-paint about 1/3 of the vehicle to match. My vehicle was returned looking better than it ever had. I recently had someone hit my bumper and plan on bringing it back.

Absolutely amazing experience. First time in an auto accident and these people walked me through the whole way, especially helping me deal with the insurance company. I am usually quite skeptical about any car repair place, but I would recommend Sparkle to absolutely anyone. You will not be disappointed. Thanks Eric! Oh yeah, and the car looks pristine, accurately blending the color. Really professional.

Eric is a genuinely good guy who looked out for my best interests, quoting me far better than anyone in town and lacking any kind of pressuring tone.
