How sad-took my time to drive, wait and complete forms for a job with the owners promise to have an email of the estimate Monday (after the weekend). Instead of getting back as promised, no one was in touch and I had to call only to be told, there was too much work in the queue and that we should go elsewhere. If that were the case, I could have been told that on Saturday and saved the effort. Now, I am asking merely for the written portion to satisfy the insurance company need for multiple estimates. Owner now says, I opted to go elsewhere (i.e. my fault). Indeed, at his insistence. In any case, Tim Lynch didnt bother to do anything at all to accommodate except to use my time to complete my side of the meeting. Because my late husband was in the business, I know the standards. This is a shock to my sense of business practice. I cannot but recommend against this company and its dismissive attitude toward customer service.

I was hit by a drunk, uninsured driver in late September and my car was totaled. I had problems with my insurance company not wanting to come out to do a damage estimate or total out my car. Tim Lynch said he felt I was being treated unfairly and told me not to worry, I could leave my car there without being charged for storage. He tried contacting my insurance company as well but they wouldnt respond to him either. My car ended up being there a couple weeks before I could get it towed away and it was very helpful to me to have it nearby and not have to worry about safety or storage charges. That is my own personal experience with Lynch Auto Body, so they have earned my respect and trust. According to their site, the Wisconsin BBB has processed no customer complaints on this company in its three year reporting period. If you have filed a complaint, then the BBB is at fault for not indicating that.

I would highly recommend Lynch Auto Body to anyone needing auto-collision repairs. They were very accommodating and easy to work with. When we dropped the car off and picked it up it was at our convenience. When the repairs were complete, minus a pair of nameplates that were on back order, Tim had us pick up the car and we returned later in the week for a few minutes to have the badges installed...we were very excited to return the rental and get our new car back, and the Lynch Auto team made sure it was in a timely manner. The repairs were of the highest quality, our Jetta looks fresh off the factory floor. Its also great that they are a locally owned, family business. I would not hesitate to return to Lynch Auto Body and will recommend them any chance I get.

talk about worst first impression, I had called last week to schedule an estimate at my house, as advertised that they do it for free, they told me to call the next Monday to schedule an appointment, so I waited the week and called again, this time some idiot told me that they have to decline my request because it wasnt worth their time. I tried to ask why and if they could help me find another shop but i got hung up on. Sounds like this place needs new employers. I would never recommend lynch auto body unless you want to go somewhere where you are treated like a telemarketer and get hung up on. I hope people learn from their mistakes because I am going to spread the word on how bad the customer service is at Lynch Hang up the Phone on Customers body shop.

I had my car towed by Prairie Land Towing in Sun Prairie to have my tire fixed, in the process they managed to hit my car which caused damage to the back end of my Mustang(I was not very happy). The car was sent over to Lynch for the body work and the end result was BEAUTIFUL!!!! Im very picky about my car and NOT ONLY WAS THE BODY WORK AMAZING but THE OWNER WAS JUST AS AMAZING!! He was the nicest guy I have ever met! You cant even tell anything was wrong with the back end of my car. I have never been more pleased than I am with Lynch. I recommend them for any body work you may need, and plan to go back to have my whole car painted soon. Thank You so much Lynch for all the great work you did on my mustang!!!!!!

I went to lynch auto body when i had an accident in the winter of 2007 and i have never experienced such horrible customer service in my life. The owner Tim Lynch treated me not like a customer but in essence like more money in his pocket. He told me one price when i went in but when my vehicle was finished and i came in to pay the price was over $1500 more than what we agreed to. His explanation, " I didnt include taxes on the estimate". So when i threatened to report him to authoritys he immediately said i didnt have to pay the extra and insisted it must have been a mistake in his computer. So i highly suggest not choosing lynch auto body unless you enjoy people treating you like dirt.

Brought my car in for repair after I was rear ended. The other partys insurance company was very slow to OK repairs, and Tim Lynch maintained good communication with me in the interim. Once Lynch Auto Body received the OK to proceed from the other partys insurance, the work was done quickly and well. In spite of the other insurance company approving only the cost of a refurbished bumper, Tim Lynch installed a new one, which was much appreciated after having to rent a car for nearly three weeks.

The best experience I have had at an Auto Body Shop to date! All the Lynch employees I interacted with were kind, honest, and efficient. I felt cared about as a person needing major repair work done on my vehicle, and their online system informed me of the progress on my car every step of the way. I also received personal calls for follow-up. All-in-all, this entire experience made a very difficult situation so much easier to handle. Thank you, Lynch!

Between my own driving and others driving Ive had to use Lynch Auto Body several times. Ive always had very satisfactory service there. Tim answered my questions, especially about the pricing of repairs, with detail and so I could understand the reason for what he said. The work has always been flawless and if it were not I would not continue to patronize that shop. I would recommend Lynch Auto Body without reservation.

After charging in to the shop in a panic about my beloved car being damaged, I was given a hug and told "we can fix it". Tim and his crew made me, immediately, feel better. I picked up my car yesterday and it is good as new. The work they do is remarkable and I am thankful for the attention to detail and the kindness during a stressful situation.
