The staff here is great until you decide to move to a different house with a different realtor then they flip the script. The house we moved into was so filthy we had to take bleach wipes and wipe the whole house down. Then a year later we moved out and cleaned the house top to bottom and they still said it wasnt clean. So we were charged $200 for cleaning on top of other charges they fabricated. My advice do not do business with this company at all.

DO NOT RENT OR BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Larry Boyd is the rudest man I have ever had the displeasure of knowing! He knowingly threatened me and cussed at me at 5 months pregnant! After MONTHS of asking him to make seriously needed repairs I protested to withhold rent and he verbally assaulted me and issued a 48 hour eviction notice! We are currently negotiating with our lawyer! His office and secretary is just as rude! 0/10, AVOID AT ALL COST!

Terrible service the lady wouldnt even show the property. She wanted me to drive to derrider an hour away to get the keys show it to myself then bring her the keys back. What a terrible rental company. Thats what real estate agents do show properties not tell u to drive an hour and get the keys. lol what a joke
