Selling our first home was not an easy decision for us to make, but with a new career opportunity we knew we would have to make that difficult process as easy as we could. So we met with a 5 different realty companies in the Springfield area. The first four groups came in and walked through our house and then pulled random numbers from the air (at least that is what it seemed like to me) on what our house could be listed at and sold at. None of them came prepared with paper work and gave us the impression that they just wanted to "turn and burn" the sell of our house as fast as they could. Frustrated and getting burned out by the prospects of selling out house we made one more call to Reality Executives and where put in touch with Julie and Phil. They came to our house prepared! The had done their research on our property and what similar homes had sold at. The two of them acted like and showed that they wanted to sell our home and took time to understand what we loved about the house and the neighborhood. Walking through out home with them the first time wasnt just a formality...they took the time to notice the little things they liked about the house and the features they wanted to showcase in our listing. This wasnt just about making a quick buck from them, they showed us they wanted to be part of the process with us. The time they took in taking the pictures of our house, (and I may have downloaded copies for myself cause they where that good) to the 3D Virtual Tour of the home really showcased all of the things that we liked best about our house and hoped that the next couple/family would as well. Not to mention the listing price...geez...they had done their research on the market. While other were telling us this price and that price, they got us top dollar for our home because of their knowledge. Having this team treat us like family and understanding and listening to what we loved about our home made the process that much easier. They were always just a phone call or a text away. They would give us the positive and negative feedback from the showings of our home. So if you where to ask me which reality team in Springfield I choose? Julie and Phil with Reality Executives. They truly do realize that it is not just some lumber and siding, but a home, a home that your family has either loved or is going to love the minute you move in. Chris and Sarah B.

It was really frustrating trying to sell my house on my own. Once I contacted Realty Choice Realtors, things got a lot easier. They provided me excellent service by putting my home on the MLS and answering any questions that I had throughout the selling process. By using one of the products provided by Realty Choice, I was able to save on fees which helped out significantly when it came down to selling my house (especially in the current real estate market).
