I was selling my rental property and I had a short window to do so. Shawn Hartmann, Deb Bastyr and Danielle Patterson all went above and beyond with attention to detail, communication and educating me as a seller. I’ve learned early on that their “above and beyond service” is what they provide to their clients on a daily basis. I followed Shawn and Deb’s recommendations for prepping the home to a “T”, including hiring a stager they recommended. The property sold the same day it went on the market. After inspection, I had a few minor items to complete and once again, Shawn’s recommendations of companies to use, provided the same level of service the Hartmann Team provides. Danielle kept me informed with updates on how the transaction was coming along and what to expect next. Her attention to detail didn’t go unnoticed. I would highly recommend this team and I most certainly would use them again in the future. I had five star experience.
