I just moved here in April 2017, and I could not be more pleased. The sunken living rooms are unique and make the whole apartment seem more spacious. I specifically chose a unit with a renovated kitchen, so the dark wood cabinets and matching stainless steel appliances make this place truly feel like home. My friends are all jealous! This is the perfect place for me, and I plan on staying here for several years. The management was extremely helpful and comforting throughout the entire application and move in process. I appreciate the time and care they took to show me multiple units and assist me with anything I needed. They have provided me with an excellent experience. Dont listen to the negative reviews of this place. If you maintain a grateful, respectful, and professional attitude, the staff will treat you with the same courtesy. Every apartment has its flaws, so if you focus on the positives you will see how amazing your time here can be.

RENTER BEWARE: SLUMLORDS, SLUMLORDS, SLUMLORDS!!! We pay $1210.00 monthly rent and have had maintenance problems since moving in! There is a horrible plumbing problem throughout the entire building with ceiling leaks and brown water stains everywhere, flooding and toilet and bathtub leaks due to the fact that they have extremely old and outdated appliances and wont replace anything. Horrible odor coming from the bathroom sink that I called about over 6 months ago and hasnt been resolved, AC wall units blow hot air and only works when its COLD OUTSIDE, go figure! Not to mention when we go outside on our balcony were staring down at a cement prison yard! Thank God our lease is up next month, these apts are way overpriced, are small as hell, have massive plumbing issues, and good luck with maintenance. Do yourself a favor and rent somewhere else!

When I move in May 28 2016. First thing, I thought would be ok. Which is not! And they didnt tell me how many days I can move out if I dont like it. They are hand to me with handbook like policy. I was like are you freaking kidding me. I feel like someone threw on my face like its hit me real hard learn lesson. So I decide to accept hard and patience. This time, Im so done with those people have zero respect for us who live below me and still damn broom to stop us. I was like what!? We do nothing. This is last straw for us. Whom people want to stay quiet and cant make a noise therefore you are more than welcome to live here but for Deaf people want live in Rosedale estates and I recommend dont. Just blunt honest. This is not for Deaf people as consist for hearing people who know how to stay quiet. "unbelievable!"

My husband and I toured the place and fell in love with the layout of the apartment. When we lived on the second floor, we were rarely home nor do we ever party. The walls are super thin. After the management changed, everything went down the drain. The neighbor on the 1st floor often complain and even accused us of smoking and throwing cigarette butts down but neither one of us smoke. Management automatically assumed we did it and gave us a warning. She didn’t ask if we smoke or maybe it’s the neighbor from the 3rd floor. Management was rude and unprofessional. Couple of times our neighbor on the 3rd floor were vacuuming at 2-3am, we did not complain because we figure we’re trying to get along. The next day, we received a call from management about a noise complaint. It was pretty ridiculous.

Do not move here. The staff seem nice at first but I am often treated with disrespect and underhanded comments now that Ive moved in. The people who live above you are never quiet and the staff do absolutely nothing about it, even though they encourage you to call with noise complaints. In fact, its 11:35 pm on a Monday and the only reason Im awake writing this is because the upstairs neighbors are making a racket. Also, the drier has been out of order for over a year aparently, the carpets in the hallways are terribly stained and gross, people are always writing swastikas and other graffiti in the elevator and the handles on the doors to the outside are broken so when you put ur key in to turn it ur lucky if it takes less than 5 mins to get it back. That is, if you dont break it.

Pretty dirty place to live. The stairwell I walk down every day to get the garage has had the same trash in it for the last couple months. They might not have anyone to actually clean it. There are all sorts of things broken in the building at any given time. Those are not my main issues though. My main issues are the crime in the buildings themselves. The cars in the underground garage are broken into regularly. Take a walk through the garage and look at all of the broken auto glass on the ground. If you care about your family or belongings this is not a nice place to live. If you dont have anything valueable, you like the smell of weed, a hookup on every floor, and want to throw your trash everywhere but the garbage this is the place for you!

Place is a total waste of money. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Way too overpriced for such small and crap one bedroom or more. Litter in the South parking lots (it seems they favor the North building or something). Broken doors all the time. You can find way better apartments with a lot more room for lower price. The NEW staff are a** and maintenance has gotten WORSE ever since their leasing office moved from the South building to the North. Dont do it people. Plus communication from them is terrible. They didnt even give me a proper notice about my lease ending which ALL apartments are supposed to do and required. Talk about required notices when they dont even do their part.

This is the dirtiest, smelliest place I have ever lived and its pretty pathetic that the staff hasnt done anything about it. We moved in and the carpet was completely stained as if it was never cleaned. The tiny elevator is a joke and the outside door to the building rarely latches shut so literally anyone can get in. Office staff never returns calls either. Very noisy building, and for some creepy reason, the people living across our balcony like to sit and stare at our unit. Hallways reak of marijuana and piss. Gross. Dont move here. There are plenty of nicer places for a lot less in the area.

This place was awful. Worst place Ive ever lived by far. Loud neighbors on both sides and above us. The whole place wreaked of smoke. The neighbors on one side were constantly smoking marijuana which I could smell in my room. Im pretty sure they were drug dealers as well. The management would never address any issues. If the maintenance people ever come to your apartment, they leave muddy footprints everywhere. They also charge you a fee to clean the carpet regardless of whether you kept it in perfect condition. Rosedale Estates doesnt even deserve 1 star.
