My son and future daughter in law worked with Chip Haskell to purchase their first home. I cannot say enough good things about Chip. He went the extra mile to ensure that the closing went smoothly. He always answers his phone. If he doesnt know the answer (which is rare), he finds it out. I would give this 5 stars, but there were a few bumps. None of them Chips fault, and Chip went so far above and beyond to make sure the bumps didnt cause any problems. He is down to earth, and just a really good guy to work with.

Bob was able to instinctively pin point housing options that would work best for our family. Bob was never late and we never had to stalk him with phone calls. He was always one step ahead of the game which made the buying process for my husband and I less stressful in every capacity. In addition, I never hesitate to pass his name and services along to friends and family who may be in the market to buy/sell.
