We just closed on the 11th property we have owned (investing and moving). We were the sellers and Thad Rich represented our buyers. I can say that this is the only review I have written about an agent. Thad made the experience quite negative. His attitude is aggressive to the point of insulting. While perhaps that may get a buyer a better deal in some situations in this one it hurt his buyers. We would have been much more accommodating on price if it were not for his attitude. In addition, by the time the inspection came back instead of professionally negotiating he just demanded thousands off the purchase price. At that point, even though we were out of town, the house was vacant, and we really wanted to sell, we decided to cancel the deal rather than continue working with such a realtor. His buyers really must have wanted the house so they had to agree to no concessions on the inspection and purchased the house as it was. I think buyers would be represented better and get a better deal with a more professional agent.
